To celebrate the last day of Recovery Month, we will be opening up our weekly Gratitude Meeting at Oxbow Park to community members and guests. We will have a grill out starting at 5pm with cornhole and community, and our weekly gratitude meeting and s'mores will kick-off at 7pm.
In partnership with Bold North Recovery & Consulting, we are going to be hosting a private screening of the new documentary Tipping the Pain Scale. Time and tickets TBD - save the date and more information to follow!
On Saturday the 24th, we will start the day with a book signing and moderated Q&A with Doc's team member Brittany Carlin on her new book, "Heroin Was My Bridge" from 9a-11a in the Robert J. Felten Community Center - coffee and donuts provided!
After this event ends, we will pivot to the front parking lot of the Mayowood Acres Campus for our Recovery on Campus event for a car wash, cornhole, music and food trucks from 11a-4p.
