Recovery with dignity. No expiration date.
Recovery doesn't end when you leave the house, and neither does this community. Our alumni network is a place to stay connected to the people, the meetings, and the rhythm of connection that helped you build your foundation in recovery. Whether you moved out last month or five years ago, you have a home with us. There is no expiration date.
This is what alumni tell us, again and again: when another person is down, there's all of you to pick them back up. That's the heart of it.
Monthly Alumni Meeting
We gather the first Sunday of every month at the Doc's House clubhouse at 3:00 p.m.. It's a chance to check in, hear what's new, share what's working, and reconnect with the people who get it. Come early, stay late, bring encouragement or get some from others.
Alumni-Led Gatherings
The best part of this community is what alumni build themselves. Throughout the year you'll find backyard barbecues, coffee meetups, motorcycle rides, and whatever else this community dreams up. If you have an idea for a gathering, run with it and we'll help you make it happen.
Stay Connected Online
Between meetings, alumni stay in touch through our private Facebook page and the BAND app. Both are spaces to share milestones, post events, ask for support, and keep the community close, wherever you are.
How Doc's House Supports You
This community is yours to lead, and our staff is here to make that easier. We'll help with materials and resources, open up space at the clubhouse when you need it, and keep our online spaces safe and welcoming. We also maintain the alumni email and phone lists so no one falls out of the loop.
Recovery with dignity. No expiration date. Recovery is built and sustained through community and connection.
